Convenient location near restaurants and a mall. The hotel provided a travel desk that organized a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious and well-furnished.
The paid Wi-Fi did not work, and the hotel had maintenance issues. The staff seemed inexperienced, and I was charged for an extra night because I arrived early in the morning.

Hotel is near the beach. Close to Senate House and Kannagi Statue. We have stayed at this central venue previously and would come here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the 24-hour check-in policy, which was so convenient for my early arrival, and the bar upstairs, which was a rare find in this area. Not only did they serve great beer, but they also provided plenty of delicious bar snacks. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving a local English newspaper under my door in the morning. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city, and the nearby Chennai travel and tourism company offered great trips to other places.

The hotel's location is quite convenient as it is surrounded by great restaurants and is located near a mall. the rooms are clean and offer a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the spaciousness of the room. the restaurant offered delicious food options and the travel desk made it easy to organise transportation.
The overall lack of maintenance affects the quality of the rooms. I had to change rooms multiple times due to malfunctioning air conditioning.
